From designing, mould-making, sampling, manufacture, sand-milling, polishing, high temperature and low temperature solo-color and muliti-colorpriting, broanzing, spary-coating to delievery, we can supply overall service to our clients.
Merrylyne's plastic containers manufacture base has introduced advanced machines from Germany, Italy, France, Japan and America, such as extrusion molding machine, automatic injection blow molding machine, PET single step blow molding machine, electirc injection molding machine, 4-station automatic UV printing machine, etc. raw material like PE, PP, PET, PETG, PC, PS, ABS. Various technics are involed in our manufacturing process such as single-layer, dula-layer, 3-layer and multi-layer, high barrier extursion blowing bottle, in-mold labeling bottle, high prcision injection blowing bottle, PET single step bottle and stable injection products. The base is also capable of other relative second processing, such as printing, labeling, plating, spray-painting, bronzing, etc.
Merrylyne's Color Make-up packaging base holds the domestic most advanced integreated production lines from mold, injection molding, blow molding, coining, polishing, auto-oxidation, printing, bronzing to assembly. The main products include Lipstick tube, Eyeshadow, Lip gloss tube, Masacara tube, Eyeliner tube, Scent tube, Powder Case etc., that more than 60 series.
